(Rusk County)-There's been a new development in the case surrounding the disappearance and death of an Eau Claire man.

Larry Fernandez, of Ladysmith, is due back in court in April on charges that he strangled Brian Harvey and buried his body in Rusk County.

The Rusk County Sheriff has confirmed that two other men have been charged in connection to Harvey's death. According to online court records Timothy Zamsky and Thomas Sadowski have both been charged with hiding a corpse.

Brian Harvey went missing in August. His family put together a search and urged for more investigation. Two months later police arrested Larry Fernandez who then led them to the grave site in Rusk County. Investigators say Harvey was strangled during a dispute over money.
