Eau Claire (WQOW) - "It's been fun, but it's getting kind of old," says Eau Claire resident Terry Davis, as he snowblows his driveway yet again this winter.
Another day, another dose of winter. With spring just a few days away, some say "enough is enough." It's the third Monday in a row we've had to dig out.
In Eau Claire, the plows are out to clear the streets. Because of that, we've seeing massive snow piles. Some are getting creative to keep their mailbox and sidewalk clear. All this snow has neighbors teaming up.
"We put most of that there," say neighbors Terry Davis and Randy Rieder, pointing to the large snow pile at the end of their driveways. "Between the city and us, we've got it all there. We help each other out. I've got the shovel, he's got the power. If I can't handle it, he can."
The city is reminding drivers to park on the odd side of the street Monday night.
