Eau Claire (WQOW) - The Chippewa Valley Airport is getting ready to welcome a new arrival. "The Farm on Starr Restaurant and Bar" will open on April first. The site of the former "Connells II" restaurant has been under construction the past several weeks. The new owners say the menu will feature a variety of items such as steaks, seafood and wraps, and a Friday night fish fry.
