HARTFORD (WKOW) -- Early Wednesday morning, around 7:25, Hartford police were called to a two-car accident on Highway 60.
The drivers of both vehicles were transported to Aurora Medical Center in Hartford for medical attention, where one was pronounced dead.
The other driver was then transported via Flight for Life to Aurora Summit Hospital for treatment.
Police are not releasing the names of the drivers at this time, pending notification of their families.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation by Hartford Police Department, with the assistant of the Dodge County Sheriff Department's Accident Reconstruction Team.
Monday morning, Dodge County Sheriff's responded to a fatal crash in the town of Emmet. A 29-year-old Reeseville man was killed in that crash.
