Ribbon cutting for new Chippewa Falls veterans’ home

Chippewa Falls (WQOW)- One of the state's newest and largest veterans' homes celebrated its opening Friday.

Former State Senator Dave Zien was chosen to cut the ribbon.  The new $20 million home for military veterans, located in Chippewa Falls, holds 72 bedrooms and filled up almost immediately.  This is the third veterans' home in Wisconsin run by the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs.
