$110,000 in damage in Oregon house fire

OREGON (WKOW) -- Firefighters say a fire in a home in Oregon caused an estimated $110,000 in damage.

Around 4:20 p.m. Friday, crews were called to a home on the 400 block of Concord Drive in Oregon for a structure fire. When firefighters got to the scene, they say there was heavy fire throughout the first floor of the home. Crews had it under control in about 20 minutes.

The Oregon Area Fire & EMS District says one person was home at the time. The resident was treated at the hospital for minor injuries and released. Firefighters say all pets survived the fire.

The cause of the fire is under investigation but it is believed to be accidental.
