School official says bullying incident resolved


KAUKAUNA (WKOW) -- The head of the Kaukauna Area School District says an incident at a middle school that sparked an Internet posting on bullying that went viral has been resolved.

Superintendent Mark Duerwaechter said during a board meeting Monday that officials had confirmed the incident was bullying and that the perpetrators had been held accountable.

Duerwaechter also says the district will improve its communications and anti-bullying initiatives in light of the incident.
