UPDATE: Man still missing from Pepin County

PEPIN COUNTY (WQOW) - There's still no sign of a man reported missing last week in Pepin County.

Brad Windsor walked away from an unsecured group home near Durand last wednesday. Law enforcement says he has cognitive disabilities and a history of mental illness, and could be unstable without his medications.

The Pepin County Sheriff says investigators have been following up on leads.

Anyone with information should contact the Sheriffs Department at 715-672-5944.

PEPIN COUNTY (WQOW) - A man is missing in Pepin County and authorities want your help in finding him.

Brad Windsor was last seen on Wednesday when he walked away from a group home near Durand. Windsor has cognitive disabilities and a history of mental illness but he was allowed to walk alone into Durand on a daily basis. He's originally from Boyceville and had talked of wanting to go back there.

Law enforcement has already searched barns and outbuildings in the area. Now they are asking anyone who has seen him to contact the Pepin County Sheriff's Department at 715-672-5944.

Pepin County (Press Release) - On Wednesday, April 10, 2013, Brad M. Windsor, 33, walked away from a group home just outside of Durand. Windsor was last seen on Country Road V in Pepin County.

Windsor has cognitive disabilities and a history of mental illness. Windsor is believed to have been without his medicine sine Tuesday and can become unstable without them, caution should be used.

Windsor is described as being approximately 6 feet tall, 250 pounds with a stocky build, black hair, brown eyes and facial hair. He was last seen wearing a tan jacket, faded red hat and blue jeans.

Windsor is originally from the Boyceville area.
