UPDATE: Identity of man killed in Beaver Dam fire released

BEAVER DAM (WKOW) -- The Dodge County Medical Examiner has identified the body of a man found in a mobile home fire.

18-year-old Victor Manuel Aguilar-Bustamante was killed in the fire.

The Dodge County Sheriff's Office made an arrest earlier this week related to the fatal fire.  A Cambria man has been identified as a person of interest.

Saturday morning, shortly before 5:00, the sheriff's office received report of a fire inside a residence on Forest Road at the Maple Grove Trailer Court in the Town of Elba.

BEAVER DAM (WKOW) -- The Dodge County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest in a Beaver Dam mobile home fire investigation.

Police say they're detaining a Cambria man who has been identified as a person of interest in this investigation. The name of the man in custody and charges will not be released until his initial court appearance.

On Saturday, before 5:00 a.m. the Dodge County Sheriff's Department received a report of a fire inside a residence on Forest Road at the Maple Grove Trailer Court in the Town of Elba.

The Beaver Dam Fire Department was assisted by Columbus, Horicon, Lowell, Randolph, and Fall River fire departments.

After fire crews put out the fire they found a dead body inside the home. The identity of the dead body has not yet been determined.

The cause and origin of the fire is still under investigation.

BEAVER DAM (WKOW) -- Dodge County Sheriff's officials say they found a body inside a Beaver Dam mobile home following a fire early Saturday morning.

Several area departments responded to the fire. The Dodge County Sheriff's Department says when it was extinguished and the home was searched; a deceased person was found.  At this time, the identity of the body has not been confirmed.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
