Driver who crashed into City Hall arrested again

Eau Claire (WQOW) - A woman arrested after crashing her car into Eau Claire's City Hall has been picked up again and police again believe huffing was involved.

Denise Marten was arrested Tuesday afternoon for allegedly abusing a hazardous substance.  Police say a friend called police because she thought Marten was in some kind of trouble.  Police say they found her screaming inside a truck in her driveway.  They say she was barely coherent, had trouble standing and had two aerosol cans of keyboard cleaner.

Just last week, Marten's car left East Grand Avenue and smashed into an entrance at Eau Claire's City Hall.  She was arrested for third offense operating under the influence after officers said they found items in her car that led them to believe she may have been huffing just prior to the crash.
