Arrest of Mississippi man in ricin letters investigation

TUPELO, Miss. (WKOW) -- The FBI says a Mississippi man has been arrested in regards to the investigation of the poisoned letters sent to the president and others.

FBI spokeswoman Deborah Madden says 41-year-old Everett Dutschke was arrested Saturday at his Tupelo home in connection with the letters containing ricin.  The letters were sent to President Barack Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker of Mississippi and an 80-year-old Mississippi judge, Sadie Holland.

Dutschke became a suspect after the initial charges filed against an Elvis impersonator dropped.  Dutschke has ties to the former suspect, the judge, and the senator.
