BELOIT (WKOW) -- Beloit police have identified two individuals they believe were in the vehicle that drove away from the fatal crash on Sunday.

The two cousins are Johnquayl K. Bell and Chatavier A. Bell-Johnson.

Police would like to find them to question them in regards to the accident. 

The two are from Beloit, but their whereabouts are unknown.

Johnquayl Bell is wanted through the Rock County Sheriff's Office on a Body Attachment for Non-Support and also a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant.

BELOIT (WKOW) -- Beloit police look for two people they say left the scene of a fatal accident. Three people, including two young children were injured. A young woman died.

The crash happened shortly after 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the corner of Copeland Avenue and Yates Avenue. Police say a speeding vehicle missed a stop sign and hit another vehicle, which flipped over.

Three people were treated at a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. That included two children under the age of two. A 21-year-old passenger in the second vehicle was killed.

Police say both people in the first car ran away after the crash.
