Father accused of running over son claims insanity


FITCHBURG (WKOW) -- The father accused of running over and killing his son in Fitchburg wants to use the insanity plea.

Court records show Jesus Castillo-Dimas pleaded not guilty by mental disease to one count of intentional homicide and two counts of attempted homicide.

A fourth charge of stalking was dismissed.

Castillo-Dimas is accused of ramming his SUV into his ex-girlfriend and their 2-year-old son in July of 2012, killing the boy.
