MADISON (WKOW) --  A sentencing date has been set for the Madison woman accused of starving and abusing her teenage stepdaughter.

Melinda Drabek pleaded no contest earlier this month to first-degree recklessly endangering safety and causing mental harm to a child. Her sentencing is now set for July 26.

Both charges are felonies. Drabek could get up to 25 years in prison and $50,000 in fines.

In March, a jury found the abused teen's father, Chad Chritton, guilty of child neglect. He was acquitted of another count and jury could not decide on four other counts.

The girl's stepbrother is set to stand trial on charges he sexually assaulted her. That trial is set for June.
