Man arrested for grabbing girl in grocery store

MADISON (WKOW) --- Madison Police have arrested 46-year-old Reginald B. Kellum and tentatively charged with two counts of disorderly conduct.

Police arrested him Friday in connection to a girl being grabbed at the Hy-Vee on East Washington Ave. on May, 6.

The 10-year-old girl from Pardeeville was shopping with her mom when she felt someone touch her on the back.

The girl felt the fingers of the man on her and then felt a tug.

After the girl screamed, her mother confronted the man.

He then fled the store.

Police had a description of Kellum and saw him walking near Mendota Street Friday when they arrested him.
