Sentence handed down to suspect in Rusk Co. vandalism spree

Posted:

LADYSMITH (WQOW) - Four months in jail for one of the suspects in a Rusk County vandalism spree last summer.

That's the sentence handed down to Ben Coughenour from Ladysmith. Police there said Coughenour and two other teens set fire to a truck, ran down a sign at the high school, drove into fences at the fairgrounds, and smashed their vehicle into a parked camper.

Coughenour was also ordered to pay restitution, and do community service.
