Beaches and wading areas open


Eau Claire County (Press Release) - The Eau Claire County Parks & Forest Department announces that water testing results by the City County Health Department indicate that Big Falls County Park, Lake Eau Claire Beach, and Coon Fork County Park dayside and campground beach water is now within acceptable health standards and is therefore now open for wading.

All public beaches on Eau Claire County land are within acceptable standards and therefore open. Any questions regarding this matter can be directed to the City-County Health Department at715-839-4718.
