MADISON (WKOW) -- Being the kid of a college football coach can be difficult. For the family of former Wisconsin offensive coordinator Paul Chryst, there were nine moves in a span of 14 years. The family thought it finally had a resting spot in Madison, as Paul was an assistant for the Badgers for seven long seasons. Though in December 2011, Paul was hired as the head coach at the University of Pittsburgh and was evident another move was happening, but not for middle child Jojo. The then 16 year old Madison Edgewood junior decided she was going to stay put and finish her high school career where she was.
Now in May 2013, Jojo has graduated from Edgewood, having lived the last year away from her parents. She stayed with her grandmother Patty, Paul's mother, while attending school. Jojo played basketball for the Crusaders and had her senior night on Thursday, May 23rd with the soccer team. It was a special night because it was one of those rare occasions where all five of her family members were together. Her parents Paul and Robin and two siblings Katy and Danny were back to see her final regular season game.
Next year the family will be in the same city once again, as Jojo will play soccer at the University of Pittsburgh. She will join sister Katy, who is already as student at the school. Her younger brother Danny attends a local high school. To see the full video story, click on the link.
