TOWN OF HERMAN (WKOW) -- The Dodge County Sheriff's Department has now released the names of those involved in a multi-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened shortly before 4 p.m. on State Highway 33 and County Highway AY involving four vehicles.

Deputies say the crash involved a semi, a pickup truck, an SUV, and a car.  Officers say one of the vehicles was passing another at the time of the collision.

The semi driver, 36-year-old Predrag Prostran, of Greendale, was not injured nor was 27-year-old Addison Sirois, of Horicon; the driver of one of the car.

There were four occupants in the SUV, all of whom are from Milwaukee and were ejected.  31-year-old Tiffany Stahr was pronounced dead at the scene.  29-year-old Lakesha Collins is currently listed in critical condition.  The conditions of Kiel Simmons, 28-years-old, and a male toddler are unknown at this time. 

The driver of the pickup was also pronounced dead at the scene, he is 53-year-old Milton Christison, of Beaver Dam.  27-year-old Addison Sirois, of Horicon, was not injured in the crash.

TOWN OF HERMAN (WKOW) -- The Dodge County Sheriff's Department says two people are dead and two others are in critical condition after four vehicles were involved in a crash.

The crash was reported just before 4 p.m. Thursday on State Highway 33 about a half mile west of County Highway AY in the town of Herman.

Deputies say the crash involved a semi, a pickup truck, an SUV and a car. Officers say one of the vehicles was passing another at the time of the collision, but they did not specify which of the vehicles was doing so.

Four people in the SUV were thrown from the vehicle. Deputies say one woman was pronounced dead at the scene. A woman and a toddler were taken to the hospital by medical helicopters. Officers say both are in critical condition. A man in the SUV was taken to the hospital by ambulance. His health status is unknown.

The sheriff's department says the male driver of the pickup truck was also pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the semi and the driver of the car were not hurt.

Deputies say no one has been arrested.

TOWN OF HERMAN (WKOW) -- A stretch of State Highway 33 in Dodge County was closed after a deadly crash. 

The Dodge County Sheriff's Department says at least two people were killed.

It happened just before 4 p.m. Thursday on Highway 33 between County Highway AY and Madison Road, south of Mayville.

Investigators say 4 vehicles were involved and multiple people were ejected. They say other people were injured, but haven't given a specific number.

The crash scene was cleared just before 8 p.m., according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
