Second chance for man accused of Montee Ball attack

MADISON (WKOW) -- A second chance for one of the men accused of attacking former Badger running back Montee Ball.

22-year-old Robert Wilks faced a felony bail jumping charge.

But Monday, judge Rebecca St. John sent him back to the First Offenders program.

In March, officers arrested Wilks for driving drunk.

This violated a condition of his bail and led to the charge.
