LAKE DELTON (WKOW) -- An adult novelty store in the Town of Delton has been selling synthetic marijuana, according to Sauk County Deputies.

The Sauk County Sheriff's Office and Sauk County Drug Task Force issued a warrant to search Cupid's Novelties and Lingerie.  The search was executed following an investigation by the Task Force into the sale of marijuana.

Officers seized a large amount of synthetic marijuana at the store, which was being sold as "Potpourri".  Authorities also recovered drug paraphernalia, cash and documents.

Paul M. Snyder, age 39, of Poynette, and Jerry C. Davis, age 54, of Madison were issued a notice to appear in court for possession with intent to distribute a hazardous substance.

Both subjects will have their first court appearance on July 24.
