Lawsuit filed to change concealed carry law
Friday, June 14, 2013 10:13 PM EDT
By Greg Jeschke
MADISON (WKOW) -- A Wisconsin gun rights group is calling for changes to the state's concealed carry law.
Waukesha-based Wisconsin Carry, Incorporated filed a lawsuit Friday against the state Justice Department.
The group wants to increase the size of firearms safety classes.
Current rules limit the size to one teacher for every 50 students.
The group says its classes are routinely bigger than that, and making them smaller would be a waste of resources.
The DOJ officials have not commented.
