ROCK COUNTY (WKOW) -- A Janesville man is arrested for his sixth OWI.

Around 10:20 p.m. Sunday, a deputy from the Rock County Sheriff's Office stopped a car going north on U.S. Highway 51 near State Trunk Highway 11. The driver, Kevin S. Eyers, 43, smelled of alcohol and the deputy asked him to do a field sobriety test. Eyers had to stop after complaining of a medical issue.

Eyers was transported to Mercy Hospital where he had a blood test done. The Rock County Sheriff's Office says he had a blood alcohol content of .14.

Eyers was arrested for sixth offense OWI. He was taken to the Rock County Jail and booked. He's scheduled to be in court Monday afternoon.
