Milwaukee (WXOW) - Black River Falls Police Chief David Frederick says homicide suspect Michael Harmon was arrested late Thursday afternoon in Milwaukee.
Harmon was named earlier this week as a suspect in the homicide of Angela Nelson. Chief Frederick said Harmon was the last person seen with her.
On June 9, officers found Nelson's body in her Black River Falls apartment. Police have not said how she died. Harmon is her roommate. He was last seen in Milwaukee.
Chief Frederick says that officers returned Friday morning after traveling to Milwaukee to speak to Harmon. According to jail records, Harmon is currently in the Milwaukee County Jail on an order to detain.
Black River Falls Police do not have any further information on the arrest to release at this time.
