Green Bay library bans all drinks to keep alcohol out

GREEN BAY (WKOW) -- A Green Bay library is getting too rowdy, so now officials are banning all drinks to keep alcohol out.

Library visitors will have to use the drinking fountain or step outside when thirsty.

Alcohol has never been allowed inside the library's doors, but officials say people have been sneaking it in with coffee cups and water bottles.

Police have been called to the Brown County Central Library several times.
