Grantsburg (WQOW) - Grantsburg Police Chief Jeff Schinzing says the mood in the entire community is very somber right now.  A toddler died on Tuesday.  She was the victim of what appears to be an accidental drowning.

Chief Schinzing say Ivy Spohn's father was mowing the grass on Tuesday when he lost sight of his three kids.  The two older children were fine, but Ivy was missing.  He then called 911.  Officers, firefighters and the DNR started a massive search.  The family lives on Memory Lake in Grantsburg where Ivy's body was found about 45 minutes later.  She was 20 months old.

The police chief says this has been very hard on the small community of Grantsburg, which is in Burnett County.  He says counseling is being offered for first responders if needed.
