Man drives himself to hospital after stabbing incident


JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- Janesville police officers were called to Mercy Hospital late Friday morning to investigate a reported stabbing.

A 40-year-old man reported he was stabbed by two unknown assailants at an unknown location.  The victim then drove himself to Mercy Hospital.

Investigators have been lead to believe the incident was not a random act, as reported, and the police department has no reason to believe the general public is in any danger.
