MADISON (WKOW) -- Police say they arrested a 25-year-old man after a fight that allegedly started because the man was peeing on someone's fence.

Officers were called to the 1300 block of Troy Drive after 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on a report of a fight.

Police say a homeowner caught Shaun Barr, 25, peeing on his fence and when the man confronted Barr, Barr charged and began punching him 20-30 times in the head. Police say there were reports Barr tried to gouge the eyes of the other man.

Officers say the victim, a 35-year-old man, used a small flashlight to beat Barr off him.

Barr was arrested and taken to the Dane County Jail on charges of battery, disorderly conduct, depositing human waste and bail jumping.
