MADISON (WKOW) -- The husband and wife accused in the death of his half-brother will have court hearings Friday.

Jeffrey Vogelsberg and his wife, Shannon Remus, are set for motion hearings in Dane County Circuit Court Friday morning. Police say Vogelsberg killed his half-brother, Matthew Graville, then hid his body. He's charged with First Degree Intentional Homicide and Hiding a Corpse. Remus is charged with Hiding a Corpse after investigators say she helped her husband.

Police say Graville, who was autistic, was murdered in Mazomanie after months of torture at the hands of Vogelsberg. Graville's body was found buried in the woods near Lone Rock.
