Beloit man gets 4th OWI offense

JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- A Beloit man gets his 4th OWI offense.

According to the Janesville Police Department, police saw occupants in a gold Ford Taurus on the 2100 block of Palmer Drive near Blackhawk Golf Course. The people were not driving at the time and were intoxicated.

Police say they were advised not to drive. An officer saw the vehicle operating and noticed it was traveling left of the center line.

Police say they initiated a traffic stop and found the driver, Michael White. He was given a field sobriety test and was arrested for his 4th OWI offense.

White remains in custody at the Rock County Jail until his court appearance.
