Accused killer jailed in Madison, faces hearing

MADISON (WKOW) -- A man accused in the gang-related killing of a Madison teenager in 2010 has been transferred from custody in Mexico to the Dane County jail.

Authorities say 24-year old Ivan Mateo-Lozenzo, also known as Arain Gutierrez will make an initial court appearance Friday in connection to the homicide of Antonio Perez.

Three people were arrested shortly after Perez was shot and killed during a work break at Webcrafters on Fordhem Avenue April 28, 2010. Mateo-Lozenzo was arrested in Mexico in December.

Another suspect, Billy Wenner-Say, remains at large.
