Woman sentenced in bizarre sexual assault case

St. Croix County (WQOW)- On Wednesday a western Wisconsin woman, accused in a bizarre sexual assault case, was sentenced. 

Valerie Bartkey, who's from Somerset, was accused of using a pair of pliers to sexually assault a physically disabled man. Police say he told them that he was also forced  to drink a glass of urine.

On Wednesday a judge sentenced Bartkey to a month in jail. She must also do community service, spend three years on probation, and write a letter of apology.

Bartkey's accomplice, Amanda Johnson, was sentenced last year to probation.
