Officer arrests Janesville man for 5th OWI offense


JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- Janesville man gets arrested for his 5th OWI offense.

About 2:00 a.m. on Friday, the Janesville Police Department observed a man exiting Quotes Bar on North Main Street. Officer Drew Severson knew the man as Angelo Young and knew that Young was on supervised released and was not suppose to be drinking.

Officer Severson saw Young back into traffic without any lights on. Young was also a revoked driver. Young failed a sobriety test.

Young had a blood alcohol content of .13. He was arrested and is currently being held at the Rock County Jail for his 5th OWI offense and a probation violation for his involvement in this investigation.
