Janesville man arrested for battery and 4th OWI offense


JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- Janesville man arrested for battery and OWI offense.

Officers respond to Tremors Bar for a disturbance. The disturbance was in the parking lot. Brad Flodeen was bit by a dog and then punched the dog's owner in the face. Flodeen left the scene before police arrived.

The Janesville Police Department says they found Flodeen at North Franklin Street and West Centerway Street operating his Chevy Trailblazer. He submitted to a series of field sobriety tests, but refused to continue part way through the tests.

Flodeen is being held at the Rock County Jail for his 4th OWI offense. He was charged with battery, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
