Nail salon worker accused of sexually assaulting customer

Press Release from the Eau Claire Police Department: On Monday, July 22, 2013 a female provided information to the Eau Claire Police Department that she had been sexually assaulted while receiving a pedicure at Happy Nails nail salon on Brackett Avenue. The assault consisted of inappropriate touching. Further investigation revealed that a male employee, identified as Quoc Van Bui, was the individual responsible for the assault.

Quoc Van Bui was arrested for the following charges:

3rd Degree Sexual Assault 940.225

4th Degree Sexual Assault 940.225

Since Quoc Van Bui's arrest, other victims have come forward. There is an ongoing investigation into these other allegations. A photo of Quoc Van Bui has been attached.
