Brewers offer ticket to fan asked to remove "FRAUD" shirt

MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- WTMJ radio reports the Brewers have issued a statement saying ballpark security shouldn't have interfered with a woman who made some changes to her Ryan Braun jersey and have offered her a ticket to another game.

Karen Eidem, a Brewers fan, says security asked her to leave Miller Park due to the shirt, which she had altered from "BRAUN" to say "FRAUD" following news of the slugger's recent suspension for using performance-enhancing drugs.

Eidem says a security officer tapped her on the shoulder while she was standing with friends at Miller Park on Wednesday night. She says she was told her the modified shirt violated the fan code of conduct and that she would have to change the shirt or leave the ballpark. Eidem turned the shirt inside out and stayed for the game.
