Baldwin man accused of making threats against president

Baldwin (WQOW) - A western Wisconsin man is accused of making threats against President Obama.

Nicholas J. Anderson, of Baldwin, has been indicted by a federal grand jury. According to the charges he sent three e-mails to the CIA in May and June.

In one e-mail he allegedly threatened to kill the Obama family and stated, "the assassination attempts are about to start flying."

Federal prosecutors say the other e-mails contained similar threats. Anderson is in custody. His trial is set for November.
