Madison (WQOW) -- Wisconsin coach Gary Andersen gave plenty of hints, but says he will not publicly announce his starting quarterback until the Badgers' first game.
Saturday was the team's lone practice of the weekend. Senior Curt Phillips received the majority of the first team reps, leading the offence on a 69-yard touchdown drive in the two-minute drill. Although he was coy with reporters, Andersen hinted that Phillips is leading the quarterback battle with Joel Stave and Tanner McEvoy.
