Celebrity Rusty Volk and Pro Katherine Rapacz

Celebrity Rusty Volk is the Executive Director of the Northern Wisconsin State Fair Association, Inc in Chippewa Falls. Rusty and his wife Mary have been married for 36 years and have two sons, Douglas and Garett. Rusty attended St. John's University in Collegeville, Minn., and his wife Mary graduated from Mankato State in Minn., as well as UW-Eau Claire. Douglas is a UW-Eau Claire graduate and Garett is a UW-Platteville graduate. Rusty operated a dairy farm in North Dakota; owned/operated a milk distributing business in the Eau Claire area; served as the Development Director for MACS in Chippewa Falls, and has assisted with many major fundraising events in the area. He continues to serve numerous nonprofit organizations on the local and state level. Rusty enjoys music, golf, working on projects, and spending time with his wife, family and friends. 

Pro Katherine Rapacz has been on stage for ECCT since the 1998 performance of "Joseph and the Amazing..." Some of her favorite rolls include Natalie in "All Shook Up" and Wendy (both times!) in "Peter Pan." In 2011, she graduated from MNSU Mankato with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Since then she has been working at The Bridgewater in Chippewa Falls, Visit Eau Claire and of course teaching theatre classes during the summer at ECCT. She would like to thank her parents for always supporting her and her friends for putting up with her!

Choreographer Dave Goggin is a former competitive Ballroom & Latin dancer with more than 24 years of professional teaching experience in Ballroom, Latin & Swing dancing. He & his wife Karen teach a combination of private and group lessons in the Chippewa Valley & Central Wisconsin including Eau Claire, Marshfield, Menomonie & Rice Lake.  In addition, weekly & monthly practice dances are offered to all levels of social dancers.  Check out their website at DancinGoggin.com
