UPDATE: Oshkosh standoff suspects identified

Posted:

OSHKOSH (WKOW) -- Authorities have named the man and the woman involved in a fatal standoff near Oshkosh Wednesday.

Oshkosh police identified the pair as 29-year-old Randy Lamb and 28-year-old Ashley Luka, both of Neenah.

Officials say Lamb's clothes and gun matched surveillance images of a man who robbed a liquor store in Vinland earlier that evening. The robbery happened around 3:50 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers spotted Lamb and Luka speeding away and tried to stop them. That's when the standoff on Highway 41 began.

At about 6 p.m. officers heard two gunshots coming from the car carrying the suspects and deputies found the pair dead. No officers fired their weapons.
