MADISON (WKOW) -- The Madison Police Department is asking for help in locating a missing 20-year-old woman.

Donna Cullen, who is cognitively disabled, was last seen Tuesday night at her residence on the west side.

Ms. Cullen has been known to travel to the UW campus and go to either of the student unions.

There is currently no evidence Ms. Cullen is the victim of a crime, however, there is concern for her welfare.

Donna's hair is darker and a bit longer than what is pictured.

Anyone who may have information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
