Menomonie graduation streaker gets community service

Posted:

Menomonie (WQOW) - A teenager accused of 'streaking' a local high school graduation ceremony will have to do community service.

Henry Erdahl of Menomonie was sentenced this week to 20 hours of community service. Police say Erdahl, 17, ran naked through the Menomonie High School graduation ceremony in June. Police say he was wearing only a mask and tennis shoes when he ran in front of the crowd.

Police say Erdahl exposed himself to a majority of 1,000 children and adults. If Erdahl doesn't break any laws for a year his record will be cleared.
