New Orleans, LA (WQOW) -- Jim Leonhard's story of overcoming the odds might need another chapter. The Tony-native was cut by the Saints on Saturday.
Leonhard has played eight seasons in the NFL with four different teams. He was signed by New Orleans earlier this offseason because of his familiarity with the 3-4 defense. Leonhard becomes an unrestricted free agent and is free to sign with any team.
In his career, Leonhard has played in 110 games, making 344 tackles with 8 interceptions.
