Hudson police searching for female bank robbery suspect


Hudson (WQOW) - On Thursday September 5, 2013 at approximately 10:47 a.m. the Hudson Police Department was notified that the First State Bank and Trust, 219 Second Street, had been robbed by a lone female.

The female entered the bank and handed a note to one of the tellers demanding money. The note stated the suspect had a weapon, but none was displayed. The female suspect received an unknown amount of money and then walked out of the bank. She was last seen walking west on Wisconsin Street towards Lake Front Park. There is no information of any vehicle being used at this time.

The suspect is described as being a white female with a medium complexion, about 20-30 years old. She is about 5' 8" to 5' 9" in height with a thin build. Anyone that has information on this robbery is asked to contact the Hudson Police Department at 715-386-4771 or 715-386-4701.

Hudson PD was assisted by officers from the St. Croix County Sheriff's Office and the North Hudson Police Department.
