Chippewa Falls man arrested on multiple drug charges

Details of Incident:

On 9/11/13 the West Central Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 5721 160th Street in the town of Lafayette.  During the search warrant investigators located approximately 1 lb of marijuana and approximately $7,500 in a safe.  There were two subjects arrested from the residence.  The main target of the investigation who was arrested and taken to the Chippewa County Jail was identified as 20 year old Ethan M. Whaley M/W DOB: 08-23-93.  Whaley was arrested for Delivery of THC, Possession with intent to Deliver THC, Maintaining a Drug House, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and for selling marijuana and being in possession of marijuana with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a correctional facility.  The second subject arrested was a 17-year-old male.

Investigators had received information that Whaley was selling multiple pounds of marijuana in the Chippewa Falls area.  Evidence obtained during the search warrant confirmed this information.
