MADISON (WKOW) -- A Wisconsin man who killed two police officers decades ago will be released from a Madison mental health center.
Alan Randall was 16 years old when he gunned down the officers in Waukesha County. The crime happened in 1975. Randall is now 55 years old.
Randall spent the last 38 years in a mental health institution, but this year a jury recommended he be released.
A judge is expected to sign off on the arraignment on Friday.
