"Night of the Iguana" opens in September in Madison


MADISON (WKOW) -- Tennessee Williams' great, "The Night of the Iguana" opens for a three-week run at the end of September in Madison.

The play opens on Friday, September 20th. The opening show is sold out, but there are tickets still available for the rest of the performances. Contact the Bartell Theatre for tickets at 608-661-9696.

The play is directed by Betty Diamond. Diamond and two actors will make an appearance on Wake Up Wisconsin Weekend. Deborah Heart, who plays Ms. Judith Fellowes and Tom Haig, a 92-year-old actor who is playing a 97-year-old poet, "Nonno" join Wake Up Wisconsin Weekend to discuss the play and their characters.
