4 Bean Turkey Chili
   Ingredients
  2 pounds ground turkey
  2 T taco seasoning
  1 t kosher salt
  ¼ t black pepper
  1 can pinto beans
  1 can garbanzo beans
  1 can black beans
  1 can dark red kidney beans
  2 cans diced tomato
  3 canned chipotle peppers
  10 cloves of garlic
  2 qt chicken stock ( or broth )

Brown the ground turkey in large soup pot seasoning with the taco seasoning and salt and pepper. Drain and rinse all the canned beans in a colander, no liquid from the canned beans into the chili just the rinsed beans. Once you have added the beans to the browned turkey then add the cans of diced tomato and the chicken broth and let simmer for about an hour.
While the chili is simmering put the chipotle and garlic into a food processor and mix together. Add this mix to the chili while it is simmering.

Citrus Kale Salad
  Ingredients
  2 bunch kale chopped
    1 T blanched slivered almonds
  1 T craisins
  1 T golden raisins
  ¼ c cooked quinoa (chilled)
  ¼ c crumbled feta
  ¼ small sliced red onion
  citrus vinaigrette to taste

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and dress to taste with the Citrus Vinaigrette
 
Citrus Vinaigrette
   Ingredients
  8 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
  The juice of 3 lemons
  ¼ c honey
  6 oz of 80/20, canola/olive oil blend

Combine the first 3 ingredients on the list in a blender. Turn the blender on making sure to put the lid on securely before firing it up. Now while the blender is running add the salad oil to the mixer slowly to let the dressing emulsify when the oil is fully incorporated into the vinaigrette turn the blender off, dress the kale salad and enjoy.

Market Spice Rub for Ribs

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Salt

4 Tbsp Chili Powder

1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Cumin
½ Tbsp Coriander
1 Tbsp Hungarian Paprika
2 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp Granulated Onion

This recipe is for a spice rub that we use in the store on a regular basis and is particularly good with pork. This will make an excellent rub for ribs or on a roast.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then rub on ribs or roast before grilling to give a kick of flavor.
