Madison Police Chief Noble Wray says goodbye


MADISON (WKOW) – Madison Police Chief Noble Wray begins the next phase of his life as he wraps up his last week as chief of the department.

Wray has been part of the Madison Police Department for nearly three decades and has spent nine of those years as the chief.

Wray intended to retire at the beginning of this year but held off to wrap up investigations of two officer involved shootings.

Assistant Chief Randy Gaber will serve as interim chief.
