BARABOO, WI (WKOW) -- When the boys varsity soccer teams from Baraboo and Sauk Prairie high schools take the field Tuesday, the matchup will have more meaning than just being their last conference game.
The game will be dedicated to Baraboo's school nurse, Diana Cone, who has battled breast cancer since 2011.
Baraboo senior Brendan Cutrell has spent the last six months planning the event.
Both teams have agreed to wear special pink jerseys, and the proceeds from the event, as well as from concession sales will be donated to breast cancer research and to Cone to help with medical bills.
Cone was declared cancer free on June 26, 2013.
